Traveling by public transport: You can use the BTS Sukhumvit Line to travel to the project. The nearest station is Punnawithi BTS. Once you arrive at the station, use Exit 4 to get out of the station, walk west on Sukhumvit Soi 64 for approximately 650 meters, and you will find the project on your right.

Traveling by car: You can start from Makro Food Service Udom Suk, head west on Udom Suk Road for about 750 meters, use the middle lane to turn right onto Sukhumvit Road for 130 meters and turn left onto Soi Sukhumvit 66/1 for 650 meters. Afterward, turn right onto Soi Sukhumvit 64 and continue straight for 190 meters. The project will be on your right.

Medium-scale condo project with livable atmosphere

There are only 4 buildings in this project, so it's not too crowded. The atmosphere is so quiet that you can hear the birds sing in the morning. However, because of its proximity to the Bang Na Expressway, there may be some traffic noise during the day. Importantly, this project is accessible from several routes and is conveniently located near BTS Punnawithi. As for the room I live in, it's a 1 bedroom unit. The size is good for living alone, decorated with good quality furniture. Plus, there are many facilities in the project, such as a swimming pool, a fitness center, a library, a shuttle bus service, and others. I really like this project.
