The ideal condo away from the bustling area

The project site is tranquil, and the common area is surrounded by lush green gardens. The surrounding condo has many restaurants and shops, where you can easily buy some food. The room is simply decorated as it was completed many years ago, but partly-furnished provided. Non-crowded location as it's far from the main road, perfect for relaxation. The facilities are considered okay, comprising a gym, a playground, CCTV, and 24 hours security guards. Anyway, there is no pool!
Affordable place, good location as easy to go everywhere in Bangkok

Compared with other condos, this place is far from the SkyTrain a little bit, but it is affordable. And can travel in and out of many routes by car, which is very easy to go everywhere in Bangkok or take the shuttle van service to the nearest SkyTrain line (with extra charge). The rooms are well separated, feel comfortable. Just 2 little things, difficult to find parking lots late at night and no swimming pool.

I am looking for a condo in Bangkok with a low-rise building because I have acrophobia. Finally, I found The Lumpini Ville Onnut 46, which there are only eight floors. The area of ​​the condo is spacious and comfortable. It reduces my anxiety. Besides, there is a full range of facilities and a spacious common area. Also, it is not crowded and suitable for spending my leisure time.

I have lived here with my mother for about three years. My job made me moving around and rarely at home. When I moved here, I was worried about my mother so much because I was afraid that she could not be alone. Now I don't have to worry about her at all because she got lovely neighbors, housekeepers, and a friendly team of juristic persons to take care of her and talk on the day when I'm away. The highlight of the project is considered to be the garden on the first floor, allowing residents to spend time for relaxation and chill out in the evening. Mom said that this is an activity area where we can meet new friends. The surrounding places are convenient because there are many restaurants, convenience stores, and drug stores, just opposite the project. Not too far from the project, there are also Tesco Lotus and Big C supercenters. From the project, you can take many directions, no need to worry about traffic jams, even in a rush hour. You can also take a minibus in front of the project. What considers to be the problem is that there are limited parking spaces. When I go home after work, there are no spaces to park, or I have to leave my car double-parked.
The condo is fully equipped in a quiet location.

It is such a functional condo and fully equipped, stylishly decorated. I have been renting here for a while now with the size of 1 bedroom. The room's living space is well-fitted, satisfactory. The condo is not far from On Nut BTS station, but if walking is quite far. I recommended taking a motorcycle taxi service. It is quite quiet, and the staff is friendly, helping all the time. Besides, the neighbors are okay and live without any problems. In terms of safety, there is a 24-hour security system and other condo facilities such as a swimming pool, a fitness center, and a relaxation area. It is a condo that I feel comfortable when I stay in.

The rental price per month is reasonable because the room is still new and equipped with furniture. The room that I live in is one bedroom suitable for 1-2 people. A small kitchen area comes with complete kitchen utensils, a sink, refrigerator, microwave, and a small storage shelf. The bathroom is equipped with hot water machines and standard sanitary ware, and it is not very special. Usually, I rarely stay in the room. On holiday, I would spend most of my time outside. The common areas have a playground, a picnic area, a gym with quite a few equipment types. As for transportation, it is recommended that if you have a private car, it will be more convenient. But sometimes the park is not enough. There are public transportations along the way from the entrance. Also, there are many convenience stores available nearby. Overall, I think it's okay with the price paid.
