The building looks quite old but cheap price

The building looks quite old, but inside the building is still strong. The room interior is only partly furnished. The balcony is too narrow, and the room is quite dense. The common area has a swimming pool. Anyway, I rarely go to use it because of the crowd, especially in the evening. Also, car parking is not enough for the numbers of residents. If talking about location, this neighborhood has a shuttle bus and buses sporadically. However, it is far from the BTS station, if you have a private car it will be more convenient !!
Old condo, inexpensive

It is an old condominium with an affordable price. The rental rate is also cheap. I bought this condo because it is cheap and close to restaurants and convenience stores, very convenient. Moreover, the project comprises a communal pool and a gym. Even though the common area looks old, it is still well-maintained, clean, pleasant, and safe.
Old condo but close to various amenities

This condo is quite old, and it is as ancient as the time. Anyway, it is overall ok, and I can have an everyday life conveniently. If anyone doesn't care about beautiful design, they can stay. It is also reasonably priced and worthwhile. Moreover, the project is close to 108 Minimart stores and others in the neighborhood. The location here is tranquil. There are both a swimming pool and a fitness center. Furthermore, it's just a 10-minute walk to the Hua Mark Airport Link Station easily.
