I bought a room here to rent out for a profit, which I am confident is a great choice because it is a project with many outstanding features. The first thing is that there are so many facilities that I'm not sure if anyone has used all of them. Also, it has a lot, but it also fulfills people of all genders and ages. The second thing is parking, there are 90% parking spaces available, and a shuttle service is available even if you park your car at Sena Fest. Aside from that, another highlight is privacy because the hallway is a single corridor. Besides, the room I purchased is a one-bedroom. Plus, the 25th floor overlooks a panoramic river view. However, there would only be one issue: public transportation because BTS station is so far away, if you want to go to the BTS station, you must use the shuttle van service, which has only two cars. If many people are using it during rush hour, you might have to wait a little longer.
