This 60 sqm condo feels really inviting thanks to the open layout connecting the living and dining areas. With those large floor-to-ceiling windows, you’re getting plenty of natural light during the day—sheer curtains soften it while blackout curtains are perfect if you like to sleep in. The living room is set up with a comfy gray sofa, an accent armchair, and a sleek black console that fits the wall-mounted TV perfectly.
Practical and Stylish FeaturesWooden elements really warm the space up: the dining table and chairs, built-in shelving, and light wood floors feel modern but not cold. You’ll find the bedrooms generous in size, especially the master with its padded bed, walk-in closet, and built-in wardrobes with sliding glass doors that save space. There’s even a small workspace set up with a wooden desk and a black desk chair if you need to work from home.
The balcony is a nice spot to unwind with a subtle city view, safely enclosed with a railing. Lighting throughout is soft and ambient, making everything feel calm and neutral. One thing to keep in mind: the unit is currently rented until mid-2026 at 46k THB/month, so this is a solid investment if you’re okay with that tenancy.
Foreign nationals can own condominium units as freehold owners in buildings where no more than 49% of the unit floor space is owned by foreigners. Units that are part of the Thai quota or are being leased for 30 years can be converted to the foreign freehold quota if it is currently below 49%.

Foreigners can own a condominium Freehold in their own name. Condominium ownership is best explained by looking at an example of a project that has 100 units for sale.
In this example, 49 of the total units in this building (or 49% of the total salable area) can be owned outright by non-thai nationals in their name. The ownership titles of these 49 units is referred to as Freehold or Foreign Quota.
This leaves 51 units remaining in the building (or 51% of the total salable). The freehold rights to these units are reserved for Thai nationals in what is commonly referred to as the Thai quota.
