The building is very well maintained with a huge amount of facilities including, pool, gym, squash courts, running track, and studio. The building has a two tennis courts but they are unusable at the moment and need to be fixed up. The units are very spacious and allow for some great renovation projects!
The luxurious condominium in the city center makes my life a lot easier. It takes less than 5 minutes to reach Thonglor BTS Station. It's also close to many restaurants and department stores such as The EmQuartier and The Emporium, super convenient! The staff takes good care of the property and also keeps it clean all the time. On Loy Krathong Day and Christmas Day, they also decorated the place to get festive vibes. I really like the swimming pool, located on the 28th floor that gives a city's panoramic view. Shame that the gym is quite small, yet enough for the residents. I stayed in a 2-bedroom unit that is very large. The materials are of high quality. Here, the security system is trustworthy, including the keycard access, lift access control, and security guards for 24 hours. It's great for living and worth the investment.
NIce big units, well maintained, most units has a good view of the Benjakitti Park and lake. Located at the end of a quiet soi with tuk-tuk transfer to Nana BTS station for tenants, walking distance to the main Sukhumvit road. The soi is very green and quiet with very limited traffic. A good balance of convenience and tranquility in the middle of Bangkok
The room is quiet and peaceful because the property is not located on the main road and also away from downtown; it's suitable for relaxing. The rooms are available in various styles, starting from a studio room to 3 bedrooms, you can live alone or with family. The rooms are spacious and modern decoration with quality furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped. Facilities are basic requirements such as swimming pools, gardens, fitness room (a little bit far away), etc. You will need a sticker to bring the car onto the project, so let the staff know that you need a parking space; otherwise, you have to place your ID card for every entry.
If you don't have a car, there will be a shuttle bus service. Excellent staff, especially Kwan, the maid here. Overall, I'm happy to stay here.
Perfect Location! M Silom is a condominium at the downtown of Silom. It is very modern with a fascinating view of Bangkok. It is proper management, near Chong Nonsi BTS Station (500 meters) and Silom MRT Station, only a few steps to these stations. Besides, it is convenient to go to Siam Paragon. In case you don't want to waste your time in rush hour, avoid using cars in this area because the traffic is heavy. However, I would highly recommend it here if you are looking for a place to stay in the heart of the city and be recognized as privacy as well.
This is most likely still one of the most affordable riverfront projects to date. Security and Management is professional because the project is divided in serviced apartment and residential. Beautiful views over the chaopraya river and the units are spacious. Quality of materials are sustainable and its definitely worth an investment for long term purpose
The homestyle condo matches for staying as the family. The living area is spacious and comfortable. The project site comprises a communal pool and an on-site restaurant. The atmosphere is tranquil, clean, and pleasant. There is a 24 hours security system as well. Although it is an old condo, it is located in the prime area and near convenience stores. It's very convenient!!
Moving to Thailand at the beginning, it was difficult for me to find a place to stay. My friend recommended it here, and I was very impressed. The first reason is that transportation is really convenient. It's 10 minutes walking to the Phetchaburi MRT station. I Mostly take public transportation in front of the condo. Besides, it is close to shopping and restaurants. I rarely go out on vacation. The next reason is that the condo offers a relatively complete common area such as a swimming pool, a gym, a conference room, and a greenery garden. Everything is well-maintained. If you need help, you can ask the staff anytime because they are very helpful. In addition, it provides the room with fully-furnished and ready to move in. Also, the kitchen will be a closed-kitchen joining the living room and bedroom. The room is decorated in white and cream colors, airy and comfortable, also suitable for relaxing. I think it's worth the price paid. Impressive!!! Great location!
The condo was completed in 2006, but the condition overall is still well maintained. I took a look twice to view 2- and 3-bedroom units with a furniture package, and I decided to buy 2-bedrooms at a reasonable price. The rooms come with fine furniture and a swimming pool view. The project is close to the Chalerm Mahanakorn Expressway, only 500 meters, making it very convenient to travel. More importantly, it's near my office too. That's why I bought a room here.
The atmosphere here is excellent. The building is surrounded by a small garden, giving a shady and relaxing atmosphere, a perfect hideaway from the city's hustle and bustle. Our room is on the 14th floor, giving you a panoramic view of the city. Unfortunately, it is not close to BTS and MRT stations, so it is not suitable for people who do not have their car. Overall, I like it here. It is very suitable for my lifestyle.
The condo is modern, and the technology system used in the condo is advanced, whether it is an auto parking system that residents do not have to find the parking because this system will find a parking space for the residents. Whether we go home late, there will be a parking space for us. Moreover, there is a security system with a key card system and 24-hour security guard as well. Others cannot enter the project only if they exchange their ID card. You can trust this condo and don't have to worry.
As for the passenger elevators, I think it's enough for all residents because there are five elevators. Besides, there are many relaxation places where we can choose. No matter what angle it is, it is comfortable to sit because there are many resting corners to choose from according to your favorite style. There are also the relaxation corners, but there is also the communal pool (Salt System) with overlooking a 180-degree Bangkok and The Chao Phraya River view as well as many facilities such as a gym, sauna, multipurpose room, etc.

I have lived here for about three months, and I have not heard annoying problems yet. I felt pleasant when staying here because it is very tranquil, although the project's location is in Sukhumvit.
Furthermore, it is convenient to go everywhere both by private car or taking Nana BTS Station. However, most of the people take the BTS Skytrain. I think that in the future, real estate prices in this area will definitely be higher. It is suitable for investment.

My family and I rented a condo in the center of the city like Urbana Langsuan, close to public transport such as Chidlom and Ploenchit BTS Stations. The day I am bored with taking the BTS, I will take a motorbike taxi service instead. What I like about this project is the spacious room. Also known as the Beverly Hills of Bangkok, this project offers the best price for this area. Its walking distance from the mainroad suk 55, and surrounded by all the upscale establishments of Thonglor. The size of the units are good and very hard to find in this area. Keep in mind that the units are outdated and need a design touch in case you purchase. Overall great value for money
