I have been renting this condo for almost 2 years, and the contract was about to expire soon. But, I expect to extend the contract because of all the amazing here, especially the staff who give excellent service and very helpful as always. The lobby is very spacious, well decorated, modern, and doesn't look old at all. The swimming pool is also exquisite; many trees are decorated around the area, making me feel like staying at a resort, so relaxing. The room is spacious, filled with oriental-style furniture; the bed is soft. You can enjoy the superb city view. The condo location is good, near Ratchadamri BTS, convenient to travel, Highly recommended this condo.
The balcony in the room has stunning views, and there are several great facilities in the project. The ground floor has a garden and a large lobby where the rooftop includes a swimming pool and sky lounge with beautiful views. The gym is fully equipped with modern equipment. What wonderful is the large parking space and enough for the number of residents I never had to waste time looking for parking. Also, the service staff is a five-star hotel. It's convenient and accessible for traveling, only 10 minutes drive from the condo to ICONSIAM, located in the Sathorn area, next to Surasak BTS station, and easily accessible to all Bangkok parts.
At first, I had several projects that I was interested in. Most of them are in the heart of the city connecting the Sukhumvit, the Thonglor, and the Ekkamai area. Eventually, I chose this condo because of many reasons like the location.It's located on the main street near the U-turn on both sides, making it both inbound and outbound. It's suitable for a salesperson like me who usually commute. For those who travel public transport, you can take the Skytrain. The nearest station is the Ekkamai BTS station. It takes about 7 minutes to walk. There are also many restaurants nearby, and it's also close to convenience stores like 7-11, MaxValu, and department stores like Gateway Ekamai. The room I stay in is a duplex. The ceiling is quite high, making it looks wider. The room is fully-fitted, which is the only thing I'm not impressed with. Here, I think it depends. Some may think that it's a waste of money and time to choose furniture, but getting your style is still worth it. The facilities provided suit all needs, including a fitness center, swimming pool, elevators, and auto-parking system. The juristic person here also offers good services to the residents. If there is any problem, the problem can be solved promptly. I would recommend for those who look for a condo in this area. Also, it's worth investment as the price will increase in the future.
I stayed for a short-term stay, and it was fully furnished, equipped with modern and clean appliances. The atmosphere was tranquil, like staying in the hotel, which there were many services. The staff also facilitated us perfectly, and the housekeepers cleaned our room daily. I love the pool so much as it is clear and clean water, with many sunbeds lining with many cozy corners. I can swim anytime I want, non-crowded and private.

It has just been completed. I bought this condo because I love the room decor, very magnificent style. The room focuses on using white tone color, including built-in furniture and the room walls contrasting with marble, which is very elegant. The project location is situated in the city center near Chaturathit Road, Phaya Thai BTS station, and Ratchadamri BTS Station. Very convenient for traveling!
I am an agent and I love present this low rise building to my client, its located in very quiet Soi but still not far from the main road soi 39. The building is super good, the 1 bedrooms types are bigger than somewhere else, layout is really well done. Unique building - recommended for investment and living.
I am an agent - I been few times in the building recently and I really enjoy present it to my customers - specially the Duplex type units facing South or North are really nice - good layout - I recommend to go for high or middle floor then you can enjoy the view from the upper bedroom as well. 38sqm duplex is my favorite layout and very good value for the money.
The project is for rent and sale. It is an excellent location in the Central business district and adjacent to Benjakitti Park, which is a nice residential area. Easy to dine out or buy food. Only 600 meters from Terminal 21 and Korean Town. Very convenient to travel as it's close to Asoke BTS. The project is luxurious even though the building has been completed for a long time, but it's well maintained. The people here are friendly too. High security with key card access system.
It is a condo that brought a mansion on top of a tall building. This place is located on Soi Sukhumvit 57. It's only 500 meters walk to Thonglor BTS. The interior is considered fair and comes with premium-quality furniture. There is also an area for socializing and welcoming guests. The common area has a sky swimming pool and a patio around the pool. I think it's worth the money. It is a project that is considered of good quality. It is in a great location. I don't like that sometimes the facilities are rarely open and the pool closes too early !!
I used to rent here with my friend. It is a nice condo near the office, easy to travel to, and convenient for life. The room is spacious, allocated spaces into zones, making the room tidy and storing many things. Besides, the common area includes a communal pool, a gym, and a jacuzzi, which all areas are clean and well-maintained. The staff also well-took care of the residents and excellently helped them as well.
This project is tucked away in the midst of soi 36 and located in a quite street. The units are contemporary and standard. The original starting price was acceptable in 2016 and I highly recommend buyers to aim for 120-130k per sqm. The project is 5 min away from BTS Thonglor
I like the atmosphere around the project. I can get close to nature, making me feel like charging a battery because it is close to Benjakitti Park and Lumpini Park. In any free time in the evening, my mother and I always go jogging or swim and sauna sometimes. The room I live in has 2 bedrooms of decent size on the 14th floor. The furniture quality is high. I lived with my mom, as it's suitable for her retirement life.
The condo was completed in 2006, but the condition overall is still well maintained. I took a look twice to view 2- and 3-bedroom units with a furniture package, and I decided to buy 2-bedrooms at a reasonable price. The rooms come with fine furniture and a swimming pool view. The project is close to the Chalerm Mahanakorn Expressway, only 500 meters, making it very convenient to travel. More importantly, it's near my office too. That's why I bought a room here.
The homestyle condo matches for staying as the family. The living area is spacious and comfortable. The project site comprises a communal pool and an on-site restaurant. The atmosphere is tranquil, clean, and pleasant. There is a 24 hours security system as well. Although it is an old condo, it is located in the prime area and near convenience stores. I believe most C-level expatriates has lived here and even diplomats. Millennium offers spacious units for families against an acceptable price. Although its an older project , the property is well maintained and upgraded due to influential co-owners. Occupancy rates for this project is year round 95%.
Perfect Location! M Silom is a condominium at the downtown of Silom. It is very modern with a fascinating view of Bangkok. It is proper management, near Chong Nonsi BTS Station (500 meters) and Silom MRT Station, only a few steps to these stations. Besides, it is convenient to go to Siam Paragon. In case you don't want to waste your time in rush hour, avoid using cars in this area because the traffic is heavy. However, I would highly recommend it here if you are looking for a place to stay in the heart of the city and be recognized as privacy as well.
The room is quiet and peaceful because the property is not located on the main road and also away from downtown; it's suitable for relaxing. The rooms are available in various styles, starting from a studio room to 3 bedrooms, you can live alone or with family. The rooms are spacious and modern decoration with quality furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped. Facilities are basic requirements such as swimming pools, gardens, fitness room (a little bit far away), etc. You will need a sticker to bring the car onto the project, so let the staff know that you need a parking space; otherwise, you have to place your ID card for every entry.
If you don't have a car, there will be a shuttle bus service. Excellent staff, especially Kwan, the maid here. Overall, I'm happy to stay here.
Great location in the Asoke business center area. Opposite to the project, there are Asoke MRT and Terminal 21 shopping mall. Asoke BTS is less than a 5-minute walk away. The project is also close to the shops and a lot of convenience stores. The condo is a fabulous tall building with excellent facilities. The sky swimming pool on the 33rd floor is very beautiful, with a glorious city view. The room selection ranges from 1 to 3 bedrooms and a duplex in the proper size. They come with built-in furniture. It's worth investment, even if the price is a bit expensive.
This is a landmark on itself and has an impressive master plan incl two hotels and renowned restaurants. The units are embedded with imported materials and ALL units offer panoramic views over the Chao praya. Located on Charoen Krung (the 1st pavement road in Thailand), the neighborhood is still authentic and dominated by mom&pop shops. Therefore the contrast between the new and old Bangkok is just footsteps away
The condo is modern, and the technology system used in the condo is advanced, whether it is an auto parking system that residents do not have to find the parking because this system will find a parking space for the residents. Whether we go home late, there will be a parking space for us. Moreover, there is a security system with a key card system and 24-hour security guard as well. Others cannot enter the project only if they exchange their ID card. You can trust this condo and don't have to worry.
As for the passenger elevators, I think it's enough for all residents because there are five elevators. Besides, there are many relaxation places where we can choose. No matter what angle it is, it is comfortable to sit because there are many resting corners to choose from according to your favorite style. There are also the relaxation corners, but there is also the communal pool (Salt System) with overlooking a 180-degree Bangkok and The Chao Phraya River view as well as many facilities such as a gym, sauna, multipurpose room, etc.
Personally, I like the design of the project. The room is well-designed and organized, in which the room looks spacious and airy. Besides, the project provides fully-furnished furniture. I have lived here for about three months, and I have not heard annoying problems yet. I felt pleasant when staying here because it is very tranquil, although the project's location is in Sukhumvit.
Furthermore, it is convenient to go everywhere both by private car or taking Nana BTS Station. However, most of the people take the BTS Skytrain. I think that in the future, real estate prices in this area will definitely be higher. It is suitable for investment.
This is most likely still one of the most affordable riverfront projects to date. Security and Management is professional because the project is divided in serviced apartment and residential. Beautiful views over the chaopraya river and the units are spacious. Quality of materials are sustainable and its definitely worth an investment for long term purpose

The room is clearly divided into various areas and has a high ceiling. The living room is decorated in a white tone, looks wide and clean. The lobby is also beautifully decorated and luxurious. The fitness room has a variety of exercise equipment. The sky garden offers a pleasant atmosphere; I really love to sit there. But just one thing, the parking lots are not enough, and the project has its separate area for the visitors.
I give 10 points to the Condo here because of the good project location. Traveling by car is very quick and easy. The surrounding area has many restaurants and cafes. You do not have to worry that it will be difficult to find something to eat. If anyone doesn't have a private car, they can use the project's shuttle bus service. However, if anyone has a private car, they have to restrain their minds about parking because sometimes it's not enough. The project offers a wide range of facilities. The pool is too small, and there are few seats on the deck. Overall, it is fair and suitable for people working in the city center.
