The condo is quite old but good maintenance.

The condo here is quite old but good maintenance. The rooms have been renovated and provided quality furniture. There is a small balcony next to the living area. My room was on the 12th floor, and it's very airy. The common area includes a lobby and a large swimming pool. Anyway, the gym equipment is quite old. I give it 5 stars for the location because it is easy to travel, crowded with people, and surrounded by shops, restaurants, and not far from Sukhumvit MRT. If going to several places in Bangkok, you can use public transport. This condo is suitable for people who work in the city. The price is quite expensive, but when compared to the location, it is worth it.
