It has just been completed. I bought this condo because I love the room decor, very magnificent style. The room focuses on using white tone color, including built-in furniture and the room walls contrasting with marble, which is very elegant. The project location is situated in the city center near Chaturathit Road, Phaya Thai BTS station, and Ratchadamri BTS Station. Very convenient for traveling!

I made the right choice buying the room from this project. The price is reasonable considering the spacious usable area and quality furniture. Plus, it’s not far from expressways and only 5 mins to Victory Monument BTS. Also, there are complete facilities in common areas like jacuzzi, sauna room, swimming pool, steam room, gym and sky garden which is superb. More importantly, it’s not far from shops, restaurants, department stores, educational institutions, and hospitals like Center One Shopping Plaza, Rajavithi Hospital, and Mahidol University. This condo makes my life in BKK much easier.
