Direction to the Project
To get to the project by taking the MRT, you can take it at the Sam Yan MRT Station. Head onto Soi Wat Hua Lamphong and go straight for 400 meters when getting off the station. In Surawong there is a demand for residential properties, therefore this condo is one of the few in the area. You can see the Russian Embassy from the window.

The condo is located close to Chulalongkorn University, surrounded by various amenities and many shopping malls in this neighborhood, whether Siam Paragon or MBK Shopping Center. I only take about 2 kilometers to walk. The condo here is a new condominium project. The most important thing is that it is incredibly convenient to travel; whether traveling by MRT or BTS, it is easy. It is recommended to use public transports while staying here because it is more convenient. If you have a car, there are also enough car parking spaces. The common area comprises a swimming pool, a fitness center, and a sauna. I think it's a wide range of facilities and good. The room is also comfortably designed for 1-2 people. Overall, I think when I calculate all my expenses while staying here, it's worth it so much.
