Good atmosphere, nice to live, and private. The ground floor has a swimming pool, a relaxing area by the pool, and an outdoor garden. There is a lobby that is a bit small. The project area is allocated, making space functional, even though small in size. The number of residents is quite small, so it isn't crowded at all.
It's a good place and has many restaurants nearby, easy to travel in and out from many ways.

This project is still easy to travel in and out from many ways. The most convenient for me is getting on MRT from Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre station to work as Phrom Phong BTS station is about a kilometer away from the condo. It is also considered convenient because I can take the motorbike taxi there, but many neighbors like to walk. There are many restaurants nearby, and the food is delicious. It's good.

Luxuriously decorated condo with complete facilities. The location is situated in the city center, close to Phrom Phong BTS Expressway, which is very convenient. The condo atmosphere is tranquil, providing excellent security. It made my day! The project surrounding has many restaurants to choose from. Very convenient for long-term living!!

I love this condo very much. My room is a 1-bedroom type with decent size and not too cramped. The room is partly fitted with built-in furniture such as closets and storages. I had to buy a bed and chairs by myself, but it's worth paying, anyway! I also love the communal area with green gardens for relaxation and to get away from chaos. The gym is large and fully equipped. Just love it! As for the location, it's ideal near the Emporium and the EmQuartier. Plus, it's just 600 meters near the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center MRT. You can walk, but it isn't safe as there is no footpath. I can't find any problem with the condo itself.
