- To get to the project by car, you can start from wellington College International School Bangkok by heading southeast onto Krungthep Kreetha Road, with a distance of about 1.2 kilometers. Then, turn right to continue driving along Soi Krungthep Kreethat for about 700 meters, and turn left onto Route 3701 to continue driving for another 3.5 kilometers. Afterward, keep right onto Kanchanaphisek Road to continue driving for 400 meters, and turn right on Route 3901 to drive for 4.9 kilometers. Turn left on Rom Klao 1 Road Soi 1 to drive further for 170 meters, and turn left again onto Patthana Chonabot Road/ Rom Klao 1 to drive for another 650 meters. Next, turn right after the 7-Eleven intersection at the Soi Patthana Chonabot 4, and you will find the project on the right.

- To get to the project by public transport, you can take the ARL service and get off at the Lat Krabang MRT station, the nearest station to the project. When you leave the station, grab the motorbike to the project which is about 2.7 kilometers, or about 8 minutes, and you will find the project on the right.

The beautiful close motorway and Rama 9 Road

I saw the advertisement for this project by chance a few days ago and went to the website to learn more. I'm looking for a house on the outskirts of town, close to the city center. This development has 4 different types of houses, ranging from three to four bedrooms, and I adore its design because it is luxurious and unique in comparison to other developments. According to the website, the project offers a wide range of amenities, including pools for adults and children, a gym, working rooms, and so many more that I couldn't recall. Most importantly, it is close to Wellington International School, where my son attends. I'll go to the site when it's finished.
