    I have visited Circle prototype many times and its the best condo on pechaburi road, first a lot of technologies inside the unit like the main switch power for every light - the temperature controler of the shower - the removable wall - large balcony. I really love it. The rooftop is also very nice - got a glass floor - unblocked city view from 52th floor.

    I used to live at Circle Prototype - I really enjoyed the unit - it was a panoramic view unit 2 bedrooms on the corner located high floor - every walls were windows which was giving a very nice feeling with over view on the city and makkassan from everywhere inside the unit. There is an adjutable wall in the middle that you can remove to get a bigger space. Hight quality in term of finition and very modern lobby with kids playground. The gym is good too, got all the high end tech machines. Really liked it. There is a Sauna and steam room as well but never use it.

    I rented and have been living in this condo for 5 months because I had to supervise the project according to the 1-year contract. I chose to stay here because I like a combination of technology to modern construction. It's fun to try new features like the automatic-parking system, a swimming pool with an aqua sonic underwater speaker system, a solar-cell panel system, energy circulation system. We know that this condo has interesting innovations to study all the time. For the room, I am okay with it as I don't have any special needs. I love that the room comes with a balcony where I can sit and chill. I think the room is well laid out, yet it could be irritating as the kitchen area is a bit cramped and uncomfortable when I want to cook. In terms of the common area, I think it is well done. There is the Jacuzzi, but I rarely use it because it is full of children using it most of the time. Instead, I go to admire the view on the rooftop because this building is the tallest in this area, and there are no view-blocking problems. If not enjoying the scenery, I will go jogging. The project has a jogging trail, which I often use it. Talking about the location, I think it is perfect as it is the next door to my workplace that I can walk to work. But if I want to roam around the town, I normally use MRT or BTS nearby, which is very convenient.

    Any foreigner is looking for a condo with a view in Bangkok. It is located just 1 kilometer from Nana BTS, so The Circle Living Prototype is the answer. I have been living here for a year with one bedroom type. The condo is designed for the window to see a wide scenery; they are making it not feel uncomfortable. It's one of the reasons people who enjoy the view must love this place. And the condo designed facilities in the room to have a variety of functions such as soundproof room flap, shelves that can store a lot of things giving us more space. In terms of kitchen, stuff is also designed to be easy to use. In ​​the common area that is comfortable, such as a large lobby that can accommodate a lot of guests, there is a zone for children to play & relax, fitness, automatic parking, jogging track, swimming pool, and sky lounge. Cleverly designed, so this place is perfect for anyone who lives in the city wants complete convenience in every way.

    My boyfriend and I just got married. We require a condo near Rama 9 because it is conveniently near my office. At the moment that we saw the building, we both liked many elements in itself. The room is fully furnished, and the environments are very serviceable. They provide a gym, library, Sky Jogging Track. I think this place is designed to match the needs of modern living, both modernized and eco-friendly. There are many facilities in a limited space. There are three outdoor swimming pools, including a children's pool, and a Jacuzzi, all covered in the same floor. To live here, you don't have to worry about transportation because it's very simple and convenient to travel around. It takes about 10 minutes to reach Phetchaburi MRT. My husband uses a car, and there is an automatic parking lot available, which is very easy for residents to waste time looking for a busy parking lot. My husband is an architect. Several designs are pleasing and surprising. I like that they have a lobby and common area upstairs, which a general condo will be on the ground floor. Here we can see a fantastic city view in the evening. I love joining the sauna and swimming on the main floor on my weekend and holidays, it feels like going on vacation without wasting time going to traffic jams outside. Getting a condo here is like buying a surprisingly good quality of life—great value and happiness. Overall I am impressed.

    I work at Soi Nana, so I wanted to stay somewhere near the office. Now it's been a year since I moved in. Before, I didn't know much about the condo. My preference was to live in the place with stunning design, both exterior and interior. And this condo is exactly what I was looking for, so I decided to buy it. When I moved here, everything is beyond my expectation. The condo pays attention to small details such as a standard water-filter system allowing me to drink from the tap directly and reduce the use of plastic bottles. Besides, the project installed solar cells on the rooftop to save electricity. Transportation is not my problem because I have my car. There are Nana BTS station, Petchburi MRT station, and Makkasan Airport Link station within walking distance for those who need public transport. I would recommend this condo for anyone who looks for the place in this area.

    This condo is very luxurious. It has applied technology, including smart home devices, to save energy and facilitate many residents. For instance, the electrical control system in the room by smartphone makes me not have to get out of bed to turn off the lights. The swimming pool is equipped with an AquaSonic Underwater Speaker system that can play music while swimming. Automatic parking is very convenient and easy to use. The building design also takes into account the health and the standard of life for the residents. The condo also has a large green garden area shady to relax you from the exhaustion of hard work. Facilities are premium standards. The location is on New Petchburi Road. I can travel by Makkasan Airport Link, Nana BTS, and Phetchaburi MRT about 850 meters away. In my opinion, it is very convenient.

    The project is suitable for people looking for a condo near the Phetchaburi area and near Soi Nana. I work at Bumrungrad Hospital conveniently to reach there in only 10 minutes, even in traffic jams. I decided to choose here because the room has a beautiful view. In particular, the materials design in this project is different from others. The project also emphasizes the strictness of high security, both the security guards and the intercom, where the host can open the door for guests to enter the project. Also, the developer pays attention to the design interestingly because there is a solar panel system to generate electricity and a drinking water system for the residents. The room I bought was a two-bedroom. A small bedroom is called a "study room" that can be turned off the bedroom's wall to the living room.     The Circle Living Prototype is one of the choices that my husband bought for me as an anniversary gift. He selected the best condo for me. He has looked for a condo in Bangkok for about two years, and currently, he still cannot find the condo that he likes yet. Until he saw the new launch condo, he immediately inspected the project. When it is completed and ready to move in, we went to the sales gallery to check again and drove along the surrounding area to see the exciting places nearby. It is located in the business zone, surrounded by numerous offices, shopping malls, and many delicious restaurants. We returned to the project and bought 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, located on the 19th floor with built-in furniture. We wanted a room situated on the level, which is too high. I wanted a room with a perfect view, so we chose the 19th floor. The common area's project is very interesting, and everything is allowing all residents to relax with those amenities’ project offers. I like the sky lounge because we can organize a small party, or even cook some food for dinner. Specially, we can experience with breathtaking Bangkok view while having a party. Now my husband and I have moved into a new condo, and we are happy to live here.
