I bought a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom here, which is very large, about 50 square meters, and the condo's price during the COVID-19 pandemic is considered excellent. There is a fabulous western kitchen. I like its elegance yet modernity. Every corner of the room looks clean, clear, and well ventilated. The view from my room is a city's view. The project here has good facilities such as a swimming pool, a sauna, and a fitness room. It's very close to the Eight Thonglor, shopping mall, and many restaurants. Thonglor BTS is about 10 minutes walk from the project.

I rarely use the common areas during my work days because I finish working late and don't have much time to enjoy the facilities. Sometimes I go swimming and doing exercise on the weekend. The room that I live in is a 2 bedroom unit. I only live with my girlfriend, so it is spacious. The room is separate between the kitchen and living rooms. Besides, there are many condo facilities, such as a swimming pool, a fitness room, and the sky-sitting area. I think the design is modern and matches the needs of people in the city a lot !!

I bought 1 unit in this project to rent it out. Since buying it, the room has never been vacant, with people renting it all along. It's a very good investment decision. The customers who are renting our room are very impressed. It is located in a good location. Many things are convenient. Also, there are complete condo facilities, comprising a clean swimming pool, a well-maintained garden, and a high-security system.

It is an excellent and luxury condo, close to every important place. The front desk staff is always there to help when there is a problem. It's conveniently located as there are restaurants, grocery stores, massage parlors, and entertainment venues nearby. The project also comprises a rooftop swimming pool where you can take your leisure time. Anyway, the gym is quite old and should be improved. As for the building, it is secured and easily finds parking. The room interior, generally, looks okay and standard decorated. Comfortable relaxing without worrying.

I had the opportunity to visit a friend who lives here. I also have been very interested in this project. It's comfortable traveling, eating, and living because this project is adjacent to a community mall. There are various shops to choose from, such as 7-Eleven, which is opposite the project, barbershop, massage shop, entertainment, and close to Thonglor BTS station, by walking about 10 minutes. The staff here are very friendly, especially the team in the lobby. They can assist whenever we need helps. Also, the staff at the parking space as well, he always helps me every time. Moreover, I like the parking area so much because it is enough for all residents. My friend's room is completely renovated because the room owner is an interior designer, so the room looks modern and luxurious and still has a bit of a Thai style. I think it's cool and secretly think that if I have a chance (If I have money enough), I will rent it for sure, but now as far as checking the price, I have to earn more money first because of the rental price here is very high.
