The pleasant shady atmosphere and decorated with a beautiful green garden, infinity pool with a city view, allowing you to relax fully. Besides, this place also has a lot of parking. The room I bought is a 2-bedroom unit with a spacious living area and fully furnished. It's near Phrom Phong BTS and the Emquartier with less than 10 minutes walk. It is very comfortable to live in.

Soi 26 is a very lively street with outstanding dining options. Its also a few minutes away from K-Village mall. This project is between Sukhumvit and Rama 4 and therefore very convenient to be reached from either side. Very close to EMporium/EMquartier. The project offers privacy and the security is strict. nicely design but the price points are unreasonable.

The condo here has 29 floors and great space. The interior is designed to be luxurious in a modern style. What I like is the swimming pool, it overlooks the beautiful city. Here, there is full service to the residents. The juristic person also gives good help. The exercise room is fully equipped and modern. Great value for money! I rarely go out on vacation, even going to work or doing errands outside. This condo also has a shuttle service to the BTS, located in an extremely easy to travel area.

Kraam is a condo that gives a sense of stay as in a home because the location is surrounded by lush green plants, giving a sense of staying at home. We bought a 2 bedroom condo, consisting of a bathroom. The room decor satisfied us so much. The room is soundproofing as well, and the weather is good at day time because the project uses and selects UV sun protection glass windows, saving my costs a lot. At night, the Bangkok view is so stunning. The project facilities are also complete, such as an overlooking communal pool and a communal gym with fully-equipped and various exercise equipment. Moreover, the project provides a private car parking space. It is so convenient!! Honestly, I'm not disappointed at all to buy this condo. Matching the lifestyles well and worthwhile !!

I like this place. The first step to Kraam Sukhumvit 26 feels like we are at home. There is a shady garden throughout the project, which is very lovely, I know that the project cares about the residents' needs because they provide everything, it is a small garden or all the facilities that make me feel at home. This is the advantage here that has it all. Come and look inside the room. It is a place where I am not disappointed because the project was designed to meet our needs a lot, which I chose to buy a one-bedroom unit, which is fully furnished and convenient for the residents. The materials used to decorate are of high quality and safety. They arranged to look like a home. The common area inside the room, such as the living room that is big and wide, can feel that there is a lot of space like home and what I like is that there is a lot of storage space on the wall. It is making the room less cluttered and neat. Inside, the room will have a very private soundproof door. The common area is fully supplied, such as a relatively private saltwater swimming pool and a standard gym room. Which I am impressed with is that everything is highly personal. And meet my needs. One more thing, the condo itself is in the heart of convenience because we can use the service of Phrom Phong BTS or the motorcycle taxi in front of the alley of the condo. From the condo, we can conveniently go to nearby department stores like EmQuartier and Emporium. Because of only a bit far, I can walk by myself.

The condo is beautiful and very spacious, especially in the 1-bedroom unit. It has a fully organized living area of ​​61 square meters. All functions in the room are fully equipped. The bathroom comes with a bathtub. There is an extensive common area with a swimming pool, garden, and modern fitness center. It gives a warm feeling like living at home.
