Project Information
- To get to the project by private car, start from Sukhumvit Road at the Asoke Montri intersection. Drive for 2.6 kilometers and turn left into Soi Ban Kluai Tai for 750 meters. Then, turn right into Soi Samanachan for 400 meters and turn right for about 200 meters. You will find the location on your right hand.
- To get to the project by public transportation, you can get off at the nearest Skytrain, which is Ekkamai BTS station. After getting off, take Exit 4 and turn left onto Soi Sukhumvit 42. Go down for 200 meters; you will find the project on the left.

Great location near Ekkamai BTS station with convenient life in the city. Easy to go everywhere without using private cars. The room is beautifully decorated and modern, offering spacious windows and a balcony overlooking a 360 degree Bangkok city view. The project atmosphere is quiet with a great security system. Very pleasant to live in!

A perfect condo in a convenient location in the heart of the city. Easy to travel, close to Ekkamai BTS, shopping malls, and offices. The building was designed in a modern style with a swimming pool with beautiful views and a fully-equipped fitness center. There is a lot of equipment to use, but there are always a lot of people in the evenings and on weekends. The safety system is great. And there are both Thai and foreign people living here.

Even if this project's price per square meter is quite high, I think it's worth the money I paid. The condo is located downtown, making it very convenient to travel around. It is also not far from the Ekkamai BTS station. If you walk, it will take less than 5 minutes. The room is well-designed, and the furniture is simple and beautiful. However, the only thing I don't like about this project is the limited parking space at 60%, which I am afraid that more residents will occupy more in the future. Then, there won't be enough.
Very good location, convenient for both who use public transportation and private cars.

This place is close to the expressway, Ekkamai BTS station, and bus stop. Convenient for both who use public transportation and private cars. Very good location, next to the Gateway Ekamai Shopping Mall. The swimming pool and fitness center has a beautiful city view. The room is well separated from each functional area, such as the living area, bedroom, and kitchen. Our kitchen is a sky kitchen that offers a nice view with natural light. Anyone who likes to cook should like it.
