The luxury townhouse project on the city side is surrounded by many facilities. The atmosphere is quiet and very private. It is decorated in a modern style with high-quality materials. There are a number of common areas for the residents, such as a swimming pool, a fitness room, and a multipurpose room, as well as friendly neighbors. I really like a smart system that controls the electronic system through a mobile app. When I go outside, I can check the CCTV on my phone to make sure I'm safe.
