Perfect Location! M Silom is a condominium at the downtown of Silom. It is very modern with a fascinating view of Bangkok. It is proper management, near Chong Nonsi BTS Station (500 meters) and Silom MRT Station, only a few steps to these stations. Besides, it is convenient to go to Siam Paragon. In case you don't want to waste your time in rush hour, avoid using cars in this area because the traffic is heavy. However, I would highly recommend it here if you are looking for a place to stay in the heart of the city and be recognized as privacy as well.

The condo has outstanding, beautiful, and luxurious architecture, which provides the residents with a range of high-end amenities such as a swimming pool, steam room, working space, and a very modern automatic parking system. The rooms are available in various styles, from 1 to 3 bedrooms. It is a duplex room with two floors and decorated in a loft-style, presenting the material's naturalness and raw beauty. Easy to travel because it is only 200 meters from Phetchaburi MRT. Worth the money for both a private living and for long-term investment.
The project is for rent and sale. It is an excellent location in the Central business district and adjacent to Benjakitti Park, which is a nice residential area. Easy to dine out or buy food. Only 600 meters from Terminal 21 and Korean Town. Very convenient to travel as it's close to Asoke BTS. The project is luxurious even though the building has been completed for a long time, but it's well maintained. The people here are friendly too. High security with key card access system.
This project is tucked away in the midst of soi 36 and located in a quite street. The units are contemporary and standard. The original starting price was acceptable in 2016 and I highly recommend buyers to aim for 120-130k per sqm. The project is 5 min away from BTS Thonglor
This was one of the pioneering high rise developments in Phra Khanong, but unfortunately has degraded tremendously. Sub standard finishing and low grade furniture. A large portion of the building is still empty and there is a frequent change of property management. The resale units are not worth the price, and I would advice to look fr new units and bargain toward <95.000THB per sqm. Its simply not worth more than that.
The condo is a bit outdated but situated in a superb location at the end of Soi Nana. The area is tranquil, with a few people passing by. The transportation is not as difficult as you might think because the project is near the main road of Sukhumvit, just 800 meters away. Walking to Nana BTS takes about 10 minutes, extremely convenient. Although the project was completed for a long time, the condition is good. The room I stayed in has three bedrooms at 300 SqM. Apart from adequate space for arranging furniture and storing stuff, the open-plan area also makes the entire room airy and comfortable. The staff's service is average. The facilities are basic like other condos, such as a pool, a gym, and parking space. The price per square meter is not high compared to other condos in the same area. It's worth the money!

I bought it here because I rarely drive a car. So, I chose to find a condo close to BTS, public transport, and close to the place with complete amenities. Also, I selected the location and common areas, bringing convenience for living in the city. This condo also matches what I need. Regarding the luxury project, there is a green area on the rooftop with a panoramic view of the town, and an infinity pool supports the residents to fulfill happiness and comfort during the stay. Besides, the room's interior is beautifully decorated. The rooms are spacious, quiet, with large windows. The ceiling is also high from the floor, giving a stunning view of Sukhumvit city at night. Such a fantastic view. The furniture and sanitary ware are durable, strong and suitable for use.
Anyone interested in this condo and has their cars is a little difficult because of the traffic jams the whole day. It is normal in city life, or you can choose a shortcut and avoid bad traffic routes.
The condo is in a great location where you can access many main roads, ideally near Phrom Phong BTS, Sukhumvit MRT, and Asoke BTS, to travel easily. There is The EmQuartier nearby within 20 minutes walk! You can explore food stores and go shopping. There are several schools and hospitals like Bangkok Prep International School, Ekkamai International School, Bangkok University, Samitivej Sukhumvit Hospital, and Rutnin Eye Hospital. Personally, I love this condo. I bought this from a Thai owner many years ago. I'm impressed by the staff and the guards who are so friendly. They take care of the residents and the clients nicely. We say 'hello' to each other every day. The facilities are complete. You can try a wide range of gym equipment; there are well equipped. The outsider can also use the project's facilities. There are 2 types of the pools here, for adults and kids, which are pretty large, I love spending time here on the weekend. My room is in a one-bedroom type at 50 sq.m. It's so inviting because the previous owner had a good sense of decoration. There is some furniture, so I didn't have to buy much. When I bought it, the price was 4 million baht, but it's worth it since the spacious room in the prime location can be hard to find.
I had a chance to inspect my friend's 3-bedroom unit. There's no word to describe, just "wonderful," both scenery and inside the room. It was fully furnished and decorated in a modern style. It also comes with a private pool, perfect! The facilities are complete, and the common area is clean as the staff regularly clean it. It's convenient to go everywhere, 800 meters close to Asoke BTS and 900 meters far from Sukhumvit MRT. Love this condo as it's convenient in many ways. I finally bought 1 room.

The atmosphere is very good because the condo is next to the Chao Phraya River. You can swim while enjoying the view of Bangkok and the Chao Phraya River. There is also a fitness center and garden, as well as a children's playground. In terms of room size, it is well proportioned. I rented a one-bedroom unit with an area of about 50 square meters, so it was spacious and sufficient for a lot of usability, standard furniture. As for the journey, it may be more suitable for people with a private car because it is next to the main road such as Charoen Nakhon Road, even so, you can also travel by BTS. But I may walk a little far because the station is about 2 kilometers from the condo.
A condo with beautiful, modern, and outstanding design in a quiet and private location. Within the project, there is a complete common area such as a swimming pool, a beautiful saltwater pool connected to two buildings. The fitness equipment is modern, and the parking space is adequate. As the number of units, the neighbors are quite sparse. The staff is nice and speaks English. As for the location, it is excellent because it's in the heart of Sukhumvit. Travel is convenient and comfortable for either BTS or a private car. Plus, this neighborhood also has many famous shops and restaurants, suitable for living very well.
I’ve stayed in this house from when the project was newly completed until now. I feel attached to this house anyway. The single house where we live is a two-story detached house with five bedrooms, sufficient for the number of members. The house itself has been decorated very well with perfect proportion. I love how the hall has high ceilings, giving it a luxurious feel. The project area atmosphere is very shady because there are some patches and trees around the project area. The only thing that we are not impressed with is the fitness center as it is quite narrow and the equipment is not very modern. Yet, it’s understandable as this place has been built for many years. If there are modifications or repairs to the equipment, it would be perfect. Other than that, I’m quite impressed with this place. The transportation is super convenient as it is not far from the expressway and Phra Khanong BTS station, and famous shopping malls such as Terminal 21 make our family life in Bangkok easy and very comfortable.
I used to rent here with my friend. It is a nice condo near the office, easy to travel to, and convenient for life. The room is spacious, allocated spaces into zones, making the room tidy and storing many things. Besides, the common area includes a communal pool, a gym, and a jacuzzi, which all areas are clean and well-maintained. The staff also well-took care of the residents and excellently helped them as well.
It is an old condo that the room price is not very high. It is very suitable for our family. The room is large with 3 bedrooms, clean and quiet, and offers a complete range of facilities, including a fitness center, a swimming pool, and ample parking. However, the project is located in Soi Sukhumvit 11, which is 1 kilometer away from the BTS station. It might be inconvenient for people who have to use the sky train because you have to take another car. But overall, this place is okay, nice to live in, and the room price is not high compared to the room size and the facilities that are suitable for a good price.
It's Truth that this place is the duplicated version of Heaven. What I said it might too over but it's real. I visited there once to see my friend. The room was so big, clean, cozy and warm. The Lobby and the park are good decoration. The staff are very friendly like I'm in the 5 stars hotel. The gym and the swimming pool are so insane!! I mean there are very stunning!! That time I was there just to visit but next time I promise I gonna buy my own one.
Every units there got a private pool which is the main point in this building. Big duplex - perfect for families. Very close to mains attractions. A bit expensive but easily negociable for a long term contract.
The condo is modern, and the technology system used in the condo is advanced, whether it is an auto parking system that residents do not have to find the parking because this system will find a parking space for the residents. Whether we go home late, there will be a parking space for us. Moreover, there is a security system with a key card system and 24-hour security guard as well. Others cannot enter the project only if they exchange their ID card. You can trust this condo and don't have to worry.
As for the passenger elevators, I think it's enough for all residents because there are five elevators. Besides, there are many relaxation places where we can choose. No matter what angle it is, it is comfortable to sit because there are many resting corners to choose from according to your favorite style. There are also the relaxation corners, but there is also the communal pool (Salt System) with overlooking a 180-degree Bangkok and The Chao Phraya River view as well as many facilities such as a gym, sauna, multipurpose room, etc.
Personally, I like the design of the project. The room is well-designed and organized, in which the room looks spacious and airy. Besides, the project provides fully-furnished furniture. I have lived here for about three months, and I have not heard annoying problems yet. I felt pleasant when staying here because it is very tranquil, although the project's location is in Sukhumvit.
Furthermore, it is convenient to go everywhere both by private car or taking Nana BTS Station. However, most of the people take the BTS Skytrain. I think that in the future, real estate prices in this area will definitely be higher. It is suitable for investment.

The condo is located in the city center, comprising an infinity pool, overlooking 360 degrees of the Bangkok city view, which is very beautiful compared to other condos. In the same building as the communal pool, there is a fitness room and a library. In the lobby area part, receptionists always take good care of the residents well. There is also a guard who takes care of the car parking. Buying personal belongings is also not that difficult to stay here, and you don't have to go out too far because there is a convenient store, small care, and a corner to relax comfortably on the ground floor. Personally, this place serves many of our needs and is not disappointed at all to buy here.
The Met used to the nicest unique building in Sathorn, but recently they have launched a new project just next door which will close the view for a lot of units. So I recommend to choose a property behind the main Sathorn road Tower F, E or D. The layout of the 3 bedrooms 200 sqm is perfect for a family, they got the big terrasse balcony around 20 sqm which is very unique in Sathorn. Every unit on the hight zone got a private lift which is a big plus.
