NIce big units, well maintained, most units has a good view of the Benjakitti Park and lake. Located at the end of a quiet soi with tuk-tuk transfer to Nana BTS station for tenants, walking distance to the main Sukhumvit road. The soi is very green and quiet with very limited traffic. A good balance of convenience and tranquility in the middle of Bangkok
I believe most C-level expatriates has lived here and even diplomats. Millennium offers spacious units for families against an acceptable price. Although its an older project , the property is well maintained and upgraded due to influential co-owners. Occupancy rates for this project is year round 95%.
The project is for rent and sale. It is an excellent location in the Central business district and adjacent to Benjakitti Park, which is a nice residential area. Easy to dine out or buy food. Only 600 meters from Terminal 21 and Korean Town. Very convenient to travel as it's close to Asoke BTS. The project is luxurious even though the building has been completed for a long time, but it's well maintained. The people here are friendly too. High security with key card access system.
I reserved a 1-bedroom unit with luxurious built-in-furniture before the construction was completed. Now, since the project has been completed, I have just moved in. Everything was terrific. The rooftop garden and a swimming pool area is airy, and you can see a 180-degree view of the city. The gym has new equipment, and there are not many people using them. 100% parking, perfect location near EmQuartier, Phrom Phong BTS, Phetchaburi MRT, very convenient and excellent!
For a high density project, the finishing are well done. Located on the corner of Phetchaburi and wireless road, this project is only minutes away from downtown Bangkok. The house in the project comprises 4 bedrooms. I like modern design. The house has a spacious area. There is also a village club, complete facilities, including gardens, playground, swimming pool, and fitness room. Anyway, I feel that there will be a lot of people in the evening and the exercise equipment is not enough for the number of residents. It is a good location near Suan Luang Rama IX, and walking to Big C Market is just about 5-10 minutes and only about 5 kilometers away from the railway market shopping center.

As I visited the gallery, it is beautiful and elegantly decorated, equipped with complete facilities such as a swimming pool, a fitness center, co-working, and a meeting room. Also, here is a perfect atmosphere. It feels like we can relax comfortably. It is also close to Thonglor BTS station. The condo is now completed. I am ready to move in.

The kitchen is fully equipped. Facilities are basic requirements such as swimming pools, gardens, fitness room (a little bit far away), etc. You will need a sticker to bring the car onto the project, so let the staff know that you need a parking space; otherwise, you have to place your ID card for every entry.
If you don't have a car, there will be a shuttle bus service. Excellent staff, especially Kwan, the maid here. Overall, I'm happy to stay here.

The condo is located in the city center, comprising an infinity pool, overlooking 360 degrees of the Bangkok city view, which is very beautiful compared to other condos. In the same building as the communal pool, there is a fitness room and a library. In the lobby area part, receptionists always take good care of the residents well. There is also a guard who takes care of the car parking. Buying personal belongings is also not that difficult to stay here, and you don't have to go out too far because there is a convenient store, small care, and a corner to relax comfortably on the ground floor. Personally, this place serves many of our needs and is not disappointed at all to buy here.
