This is most likely still one of the most affordable riverfront projects to date. Security and Management is professional because the project is divided in serviced apartment and residential. Beautiful views over the chaopraya river and the units are spacious. Quality of materials are sustainable and its definitely worth an investment for long term purpose
The condo was completed in 2006, but the condition overall is still well maintained. I took a look twice to view 2- and 3-bedroom units with a furniture package, and I decided to buy 2-bedrooms at a reasonable price. The rooms come with fine furniture and a swimming pool view. The project is close to the Chalerm Mahanakorn Expressway, only 500 meters, making it very convenient to travel. More importantly, it's near my office too. That's why I bought a room here.
The condo is modern, and the technology system used in the condo is advanced, whether it is an auto parking system that residents do not have to find the parking because this system will find a parking space for the residents. Whether we go home late, there will be a parking space for us. Moreover, there is a security system with a key card system and 24-hour security guard as well. Others cannot enter the project only if they exchange their ID card. You can trust this condo and don't have to worry.
As for the passenger elevators, I think it's enough for all residents because there are five elevators. Besides, there are many relaxation places where we can choose. No matter what angle it is, it is comfortable to sit because there are many resting corners to choose from according to your favorite style. There are also the relaxation corners, but there is also the communal pool (Salt System) with overlooking a 180-degree Bangkok and The Chao Phraya River view as well as many facilities such as a gym, sauna, multipurpose room, etc.
Personally, I like the design of the project. The room is well-designed and organized, in which the room looks spacious and airy. Besides, the project provides fully-furnished furniture. I have lived here for about three months, and I have not heard annoying problems yet. I felt pleasant when staying here because it is very tranquil, although the project's location is in Sukhumvit.
Furthermore, it is convenient to go everywhere both by private car or taking Nana BTS Station. However, most of the people take the BTS Skytrain. I think that in the future, real estate prices in this area will definitely be higher. It is suitable for investment.
We just moved in here as the room price is not very high compared with other condos nearby. It might be because this condo is an old condo; therefore, the price is not as high as other condos. It helps to save a lot of rental fees. The room we rented is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, fully furnished. The room's furniture is not very new, and most of them are wood and therefore have a certain level of durability.
Most importantly, we are very impressed with the cleanliness that the old owner is attentive to before passing on to the room. We don't need to clean up again before entering. The guards here are very friendly and helpful—excellent security, admirable. Besides, the condo neighborhood is also close to various amenities, both restaurants, and convenience stores. The condo has several routes, and can easily avoid traffic jam days.
For a high density project, the finishing are well done. Located on the corner of Phetchaburi and wireless road, this project is only minutes away from downtown Bangkok. Impressive facility quality and common area's. The price of this project is great value if you avoid buying from the Chinese agent, they have marked up 12% and that's one reason why 100 units came back in the market Q3 2020.
I reserved a 1 bedroom condo at The Fine Bangkok Thonglor-Ekamai. As I visited the gallery, it is beautiful and elegantly decorated, equipped with complete facilities such as a swimming pool, a fitness center, co-working, and a meeting room. Also, here is a perfect atmosphere. It feels like we can relax comfortably. It is also close to Thonglor BTS station. The condo is now completed. I am ready to move in.

I bought it here because I rarely drive a car. So, I chose to find a condo close to BTS, public transport, and close to the place with complete amenities. Also, I selected the location and common areas, bringing convenience for living in the city. This condo also matches what I need. Regarding the luxury project, there is a green area on the rooftop with a panoramic view of the town, and an infinity pool supports the residents to fulfill happiness and comfort during the stay. Besides, the room's interior is beautifully decorated. The rooms are spacious, quiet, with large windows. The ceiling is also high from the floor, giving a stunning view of Sukhumvit city at night. Such a fantastic view. The furniture and sanitary ware are durable, strong and suitable for use.
Anyone interested in this condo and has their cars is a little difficult because of the traffic jams the whole day. It is normal in city life, or you can choose a shortcut and avoid bad traffic routes.
It is a condo that brought a mansion on top of a tall building. This place is located on Soi Sukhumvit 57. It's only 500 meters walk to Thonglor BTS. The interior is considered fair and comes with premium-quality furniture. There is also an area for socializing and welcoming guests. The common area has a sky swimming pool and a patio around the pool. I think it's worth the money. It is a project that is considered of good quality. It is in a great location. I don't like that sometimes the facilities are rarely open and the pool closes too early !!
Quiet condo with views of the Ekamai area. There are many amenities nearby. Also, there is a mailroom, a reading area, a lobby, a garden, a large swimming pool on the roof of Building A, and a car park. (I think the parking space is not enough for the residents) However, I only had a good experience here for 1 year. I was really impressed as the staff was always friendly and helpful. The rooms are well-designed using quality materials, unlike most of the condos in Bangkok. The condo is not far from Big C Ekkamai and Gateway Ekamai. I think the location here is surrounded by almost everything you need. In the evenings, there are many well-known restaurants, bars, and cafes. There is also a taxi drive through the project at all times. Besides, there is also a shuttle service to Ekkamai BTS Station. It is very convenient and worth the price paid. If anyone is looking for a new condo, comfortable to travel and provide complete facilities. I suggest here it is a good condo choice ever.
I think I made the right choice to stay here. When I surveyed in the Sukhumvit area, I found that there are many overprice places. Don’t get me wrong. I don’t mind paying high rental rate if it’s worth it. I just want to make sure that I will stay in the right place because I don’t like living in a big city. It took me sometimes to make my decision because the condo’s exterior looks outdated. But when I took a tour, I found that the staff is taking care of it really well. The led me to the room for renting. It’s very spacious, peaceful, and airy, so I don’t suffer much from Thailand’s heat. The furniture is in a resort-like style. It’s exactly what I like when I saw it in a five-star hotel. The pool is big and full of foreigners. It makes me relax, and I can make friends. It seems that so many expats chose to stay here so that I won’t get lonely. Never heard of any complaint at all, which is good. One of the reasons to stay here is security systems. It’s properly strict. It’s my main concern as I stay alone. The guards work hard, but super friendly to other residents and me. I’m impressed by how they can remember us.
The project is in a perfect location. It’s near my school, so I walk. It’s also easy to find food as the area is bustle and full of commuters. Oh! And if you want to travel, there are Phetchaburi MRT and Asoke BTS nearby. Usually, I catch a bike taxi to get there because it’s really convenient. One more thing, the condo is near the University and a massive stadium for running. I always go there. It’s free and helps me to get to know people.
The Met used to the nicest unique building in Sathorn, but recently they have launched a new project just next door which will close the view for a lot of units. So I recommend to choose a property behind the main Sathorn road Tower F, E or D. The layout of the 3 bedrooms 200 sqm is perfect for a family, they got the big terrasse balcony around 20 sqm which is very unique in Sathorn. Every unit on the hight zone got a private lift which is a big plus.
