The balcony in the room has stunning views, and there are several great facilities in the project. The ground floor has a garden and a large lobby where the rooftop includes a swimming pool and sky lounge with beautiful views. The gym is fully equipped with modern equipment. What wonderful is the large parking space and enough for the number of residents I never had to waste time looking for parking. Also, the service staff is a five-star hotel. It's convenient and accessible for traveling, only 10 minutes drive from the condo to ICONSIAM, located in the Sathorn area, next to Surasak BTS station, and easily accessible to all Bangkok parts.
Perfect Location! M Silom is a condominium at the downtown of Silom. It is very modern with a fascinating view of Bangkok. It is proper management, near Chong Nonsi BTS Station (500 meters) and Silom MRT Station, only a few steps to these stations. Besides, it is convenient to go to Siam Paragon. In case you don't want to waste your time in rush hour, avoid using cars in this area because the traffic is heavy. However, I would highly recommend it here if you are looking for a place to stay in the heart of the city and be recognized as privacy as well.
I believe most C-level expatriates has lived here and even diplomats. Millennium offers spacious units for families against an acceptable price. Although its an older project , the property is well maintained and upgraded due to influential co-owners. Occupancy rates for this project is year round 95%.
For the price available, in my experience this is one of the better projects to live in the Phra Khanong / On Nut area due to its regular maintenance and facilities and proximity to the BTS . Real community feel within the secure estate.
I just moved into a room a week ago and was still excited because this is my first asset since I started working. The atmosphere around it looks quiet and livable. Also, it's close to the office. I like the project's communal area features a swimming pool, a library, and a yoga room. Plus, there are spacious seating areas and gardens in the shady and well-ventilated project. The security system here is very strict. Now, not many neighbors maving in, and most of them are foreigners.
Good atmosphere, nice to live, and private. The ground floor has a swimming pool, a relaxing area by the pool, and an outdoor garden. There is a lobby that is a bit small. The project area is allocated, making space functional, even though small in size. The number of residents is quite small, so it isn't crowded at all.
The condo was completed in 2006, but the condition overall is still well maintained. I took a look twice to view 2- and 3-bedroom units with a furniture package, and I decided to buy 2-bedrooms at a reasonable price. The rooms come with fine furniture and a swimming pool view. The project is close to the Chalerm Mahanakorn Expressway, only 500 meters, making it very convenient to travel. More importantly, it's near my office too. That's why I bought a room here.
This was one of the pioneering high rise developments in Phra Khanong, but unfortunately has degraded tremendously. Sub standard finishing and low grade furniture. A large portion of the building is still empty and there is a frequent change of property management. The resale units are not worth the price, and I would advice to look fr new units and bargain toward <95.000THB per sqm. Its simply not worth more than that.
Great location in the Asoke business center area. Opposite to the project, there are Asoke MRT and Terminal 21 shopping mall. Asoke BTS is less than a 5-minute walk away. The project is also close to the shops and a lot of convenience stores. The condo is a fabulous tall building with excellent facilities. The sky swimming pool on the 33rd floor is very beautiful, with a glorious city view. The room selection ranges from 1 to 3 bedrooms and a duplex in the proper size. They come with built-in furniture. It's worth investment, even if the price is a bit expensive.

The location is perfect, close to Midtown Asoke Plaza, many shops and restaurants around the area, convenient for shopping. The site is opposite the GMM Grammy building and less than 10 minutes walk to Sukhumvit MRT and Asoke BTS. The room I bought is in decent size with complete furniture. The Swimming Pool is a quiet heaven and the garden an oasis of tranquillity in the heart of the city. Perfect place to relax and still be in the middle of it all. The building, the lobby, and the garden are thoughtfully designed and lovingly maintained. I enjoy the place every time I come to visit.
The showroom has indeed a "space" kind of look with tinted mirrors and shiny decorations. The loft unit on site is nice but the price points for the project are not realistic. Rama 9 is the new central business district of Bangkok and a hotspot for the white collar working class. Its also very congested and traffic is awful. Recommended to live here if mass transportation is your thing. Overall this is an area that never sleeps. Central Rama 9 is on walking distance and may shopping complexes along Ratchada road. the project is situated at the beginning of Rama 9 CBD and 10 min away from Sukhumvit rd
The first reason I bought the condo here is because of falling in love with the wonderful and breezy rooftop view overlooking a 360-degree Bangkok view. The facilities in the common area are new, clean, and modern. Moreover, there is a lush green area surrounding the project. In the room, it's beautifully decorated and as luxurious as many nearby condos. Apart from that, the project uses a smart home system to control everything via mobile phone. The location is also great, perfect for investing because it is located in the business area, yet the staff serves excellent service, takes good care of the residents, and lovely.
New condominium with a comfortable price. The project provides a free shuttle bus to MRT station. The project location is just 200 meters to Bangson MRT station. Besides, many retail shops are on-site, such as 7-Eleven, coffee shops, restaurants, and salons. However, the limited parking spaces are the issue, which is not enough parking spaces for residents, even we park as double parking.
This project is well designed. I like it! The room I stayed in is a one-bedroom unit of perfect size with complete furniture. The rental price is reasonable, but I wouldn't say I like the laminate flooring as it can be a bit difficult to maintain. By the way, I really like the fitness center, which is spacious and fully-equipped. It's comparable to many top-class fitness centers. More importantly, the project is located on the main road near the Cultural Center MRT, making it easy to get around.
