I bought a unit here because its located in a prime location for a acceptable price, walking distance from Sukhumvit road or Onnut area. The condo is behind T77 district and is part of Bangkok's largest expat community. The W market is just at the end of the soi and all restaurants offer "value for money" deals. Phra Khanong is growing into a mi of local and international restaurants. The condo itself has the right price per sqm compared to any other new development in the area. The unit comes fully furnished. Because Phra Khanong/Onnut has a high influx of people, the occupancy rates for rentals are high!
I believe most C-level expatriates has lived here and even diplomats. Millennium offers spacious units for families against an acceptable price. Although its an older project , the property is well maintained and upgraded due to influential co-owners. Occupancy rates for this project is year round 95%.
The condo was completed in 2006, but the condition overall is still well maintained. I took a look twice to view 2- and 3-bedroom units with a furniture package, and I decided to buy 2-bedrooms at a reasonable price. The rooms come with fine furniture and a swimming pool view. The project is close to the Chalerm Mahanakorn Expressway, only 500 meters, making it very convenient to travel. More importantly, it's near my office too. That's why I bought a room here.
Nice room, great atmosphere, and professional service staff. I am satisfied with everything about the condo, including a complete range of facilities such as a swimming pool, fitness center, sauna, and luxury jacuzzi. I am not disappointed that I rented this condo because in the past there were no problems. Everything is fine. Moreover, this condo is located 600 meters far from Phrong Phong BTS station and can walk very conveniently. It is also not far from the facilities of this condo area as well.
I decided to reserve this project because of its interesting concept. I have never met any project providing such an extensive range of facilities and activities before. They will help me spending quality time in the condo without boredom, such as rock climbing and swimming pools. The activities just fulfill my adventurous spirit. It’s in the perfect location adjacent to the main road, and near BTS and MRT, which is very convenient to get to work. Another feature that I like the most is the large green area of the project, which relieves my stress from living in the big city, and the project has a private road itself. So far, I’m checking on the project’s progress, and I will keep you updated once I know more.
The pleasant shady atmosphere and decorated with a beautiful green garden, infinity pool with a city view, allowing you to relax fully. Besides, this place also has a lot of parking. The room I bought is a 2-bedroom unit with a spacious living area and fully furnished. It's near Phrom Phong BTS and the Emquartier with less than 10 minutes walk. It is very comfortable to live in.
The showroom has indeed a "space" kind of look with tinted mirrors and shiny decorations. The loft unit on site is nice but the price points for the project are not realistic. Rama 9 is the new central business district of Bangkok and a hotspot for the white collar working class. Its also very congested and traffic is awful. Recommended to live here if mass transportation is your thing. Overall this is an area that never sleeps. Central Rama 9 is on walking distance and may shopping complexes along Ratchada road. the project is situated at the beginning of Rama 9 CBD and 10 min away from Sukhumvit rd
Great location in the Asoke business center area. Opposite to the project, there are Asoke MRT and Terminal 21 shopping mall. Asoke BTS is less than a 5-minute walk away. The project is also close to the shops and a lot of convenience stores. The condo is a fabulous tall building with excellent facilities. The sky swimming pool on the 33rd floor is very beautiful, with a glorious city view. The room selection ranges from 1 to 3 bedrooms and a duplex in the proper size. They come with built-in furniture. It's worth investment, even if the price is a bit expensive.
Just behind Getaway Ekkamai in soi 42, but its a one way street. This means that residents have to make a time consuming circle on Sukhumvit or Rama 4 to enter soi 42. Recently rebranded to hotel standards to upgrade the property, the units have a Japanese theme and design , lost of light wood tones. The developer did deliver a nice project and the construction is Grade A.
I reserved a 1-bedroom unit with luxurious built-in-furniture before the construction was completed. Now, since the project has been completed, I have just moved in. Everything was terrific. The rooftop garden and a swimming pool area is airy, and you can see a 180-degree view of the city. The gym has new equipment, and there are not many people using them. 100% parking, perfect location near EmQuartier, Phrom Phong BTS, Phetchaburi MRT, very convenient and excellent!
I visited the project gallery, and it is magnificent and is an option for people who love luxury like me. The project provides a wide range of high-end facilities, and it is conveniently accessible everywhere. The project location is near Ekkamai BTS Station, very convenient! As it gives convenient access to many destinations, you can either take the BTS or private car depending on your convenience. It is also surrounded by restaurants, hospitals, the EmQuartier, and others. The room is well-divided in zones, luxurious, and pleasant. As for the car parking, I never worry about it as the project offers an auto car parking up to 85%. Exactly what I need!!

I have stayed here. From the first step that I entered the project, I could deny that the structure has been delayed over time. But it doesn't mean that the interior would be old and outdated. Actually, it's beyond my expectation as the room is very spacious and renovated in modern style. It comes fully furnished. The common area covers many facilities. Unfortunately, like other condos in Bangkok, this project lacks parking spaces.
I bought a 2 bedroom unit because I liked the project design, which focuses on European-style beauty. The design is smooth and elegant. It is located in the city center and close to Big C, Thai Cultural Center, and MRT station, making it easier for me to decide to buy. It is the perfect location, including the location, parking, common areas that are clean, pleasant to use, and excellent security. It makes me feel very confident in the safety of this place.
The condo is very luxurious with 2 buildings, beautifully designed with a black tone. The project's facilities are superb, including a swimming pool, fitness, steam room - sauna, Sky Bar. If I wasn't wrong, the project gives air conditioners, curtains, built-in kitchen sets, etc. I decorated some parts by myself, which is good as I can design my space. Great location near Thonglor BTS and the EmQuartier that I often go to. It's also easy to find many hospitals and schools, shops, restaurants, or convenience stores. Reasonable price, lovely staff, and impressive service!
