Direction to the Project
In terms of using a private car, start from Sukhumvit Road (Route 3) on the Prakanong River Bank. Head northwest on Sukhumvit Road for 3 kilometers and then turn right onto Soi Sukhumvit 49. Continue for 250 meters; you will find the project on the left.

In terms of using public transportation, you can get off at Thonglor BTS, only 650 meters. Exit the station and head northwest on Sukhumvit Road (Route 3) for 400 meters. Turn right into Sukhumvit 49 for 240 meters; you will find the project on your left.

This condo is great for living and long-term investment

I just moved here for three months, and I love it! My room is a studio in a proper size. As I'm not on the upper floor, the other buildings blocked the view from my room. It's not a big deal for me, though. The facilities within the project are well-equipped. There is a rooftop swimming pool with a stunning view. In terms of location, it's quite good as it is in Soi Sukhumvit 49, which is not crowded. Moreover, it is not far from Thonglor BTS Station, so I'm able to travel easily. I also think this place is worthwhile for long term investment.
It a good project in the Sukhumvit area.

After staying here for some a while, I considered it a good project in the Sukhumvit area, near Thonglor BTS, less than 10 minutes walk. This neighborhood also has shops and many restaurants, making my living very convenient. Inside, the condo has a quiet and shady atmosphere with a good management system. The facilities are abundant and complete. The only downside is that you will have to pay extra for some facilities. The project has a narrow U-turn. You have to drive down the ground floor to make a U-turn, which is difficult for me, but the car park is sufficient for the number of residents. The bedroom I rent has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom at approximately 45 SqM, which is pretty large for living alone. The furniture is lovely and modern, suitable for ages. Overall, I like it here. The disadvantages can be overlooked because it's very small.
