Looks more shabby than in the picture because of poor care.

Looks from the picture, quite beautiful, but when I go to see the project Turns out that the project is not properly supervised by the law. The overall condition looks old and quite worn, and there is an unfinished building next to it, a view of an abandoned building. The pipe smell is quite strong.
