Location and Transportation
The Trendy Sukhumvit 13 is on Sukhumvit Road, Soi Sukhumvit 13, Klongton, Klongtoey, Bangkok. The area is a remarkably economic district of Bangkok, so it is always bustling with many transportation choices. Therefore, you can get to the project both by private cars and public vehicles. The main road to the project is Sukhumvit Road. The project's location is also near BTS Nana, BTS Asoke, MRT Sukhumvit, and ART Makkasan.

To get to the project by car, you can take the main route, Sukhumvit Road or road No. 3. Then, turn into Soi Sukhumvit 13 for about 190 meters, you will find the project location on the right-hand side.

If you want to use public transport, the SkyTrain is the most convenient way. You can get to the project by getting off at Nana BTS Station, the closest station. Take Exit 3 and head southeast along Sukhumvit Road about 150 meters before turning left into Soi Sukhumvit 13. The project is 190 meters from the entrance of the soi.

The Trendy Sukhumvit 13 Project is on an area of ​​approximately 7 rai with 3 buildings: 18-floor buildings and 530 residential units within the same project area. There is also a 31-floor office building and a 7-floor plaza.

The project consists of 3 types: studio type (35-36 sq.m), 1 bedroom type (65-84 sq.m), and 2 bedroom type (72-96 sq.m). ) The rooms are fully furnished, and space is functionally divided. The Company also strategically secured and selected projects that suit for medium to high-income buyers both local and foreign, who require residential accommodation in close proximity to the business districts. Frequently asked questions

The common area maintenance fee is ฿40 per square meter based on the size of the indoor area of the property. This fee has to be paid every month by owners for the upkeep of the common areas of the project.
